Everything in one server
ArtFlow runs in a single Discord server instead of a bot every community installs. Nobody has to set anything up, every artist and their reviews are in one place, and one team of moderators handles disputes.
Art commissions on Discord, for Filipino artists and their clients
ArtFlow is invite-only for now: join the waitlist and your invite arrives by email. ArtFlow walks every commission through the same recorded steps, from brief and quote to payment, progress and delivery, so you always know what happens next and nothing gets lost in DMs.
Nothing to install. Your Discord account is all you need.

Get started
Each step has a command and a button, and a step cannot be skipped, so nobody is ever left guessing.
Step 1 of 5
Join the waitlist with your email. When a spot opens, a single-use invite to the ArtFlow Discord server lands in your inbox. There is nothing to install and no new account to make.
Step 2 of 5
Press one button to accept the terms and you get the Verified User role. That is the whole sign-up.
Step 3 of 5
Run /commission, pick the style you want, agree to the client terms the first time, and choose from the artists who draw it. You get a private ticket channel with just you, the artist and the moderators.
Step 4 of 5
The artist quotes a price and how many days it will take, plus a rush fee if you need it sooner. Accept their terms and pay them directly by GCash or PayPal, in full or the down payment they ask for, then upload the receipt with /pay.
Step 5 of 5
Progress arrives as watermarked previews, then a preview of the finished piece. Pay any balance and press Download original for the full-quality file. Mark it complete and leave a 1 to 5 star review.
About
A commission arranged in DMs has no shared record: the price, the terms and the receipt end up scattered across chats. ArtFlow puts every commission in one place and keeps the record for both sides. These are the decisions behind it.
ArtFlow runs in a single Discord server instead of a bot every community installs. Nobody has to set anything up, every artist and their reviews are in one place, and one team of moderators handles disputes.
Every commission moves through the same steps in the same order. It can only move to a step the rules allow, so a price, the terms or a payment can never be skipped.
Clients pay artists directly by GCash or PayPal, in full or as a down payment and a balance. ArtFlow records each receipt and the artist's confirmation, nothing more.
Clients get 24 hours to pay once they accept the terms, with a reminder first. A request left at one step for 72 hours before payment is cancelled, the ticket is told when an agreed deadline passes, and a delivery is accepted 48 hours after the final file is released.
The Discord bot is what you talk to. A separate service keeps the record and enforces the rules, so a bot restart never loses where a commission is.
Features
Every commission gets its own channel, visible to the client, the artist and moderators.
Clients pay artists directly by GCash or PayPal. ArtFlow records the receipt and the confirmation.
Every quote states how many days the work takes, with an optional rush fee. Unpaid and abandoned requests are cancelled on a timer, with a reminder first, and the ticket is told if a deadline passes.
Clients pick the style they want, from anime and chibi to pixel art and vtuber models, and only see artists who draw it.
Artists can ask for 10 to 50% before they start. The balance is paid after delivery, before the original is released, with its own receipt.
Progress and the finished piece are shown as watermarked previews. The full-quality file downloads once it is paid for, exactly as the artist uploaded it.
/dispute freezes a commission until a moderator rules: cancel it, or mark it completed.
Each artist has a limit on active commissions, and a client can have up to three unpaid requests open at a time.
Clients rate completed commissions from 1 to 5 stars. Reviews are posted to #reviews and an artist's rating is the average.
NSFW commissions need a verified 18+ client and an artist who has opted in.
New members accept the server terms with one button and get the Verified User role.
/admin stats, artists and commissions show moderators what is happening across the server.

Questions
No. ArtFlow runs in the ArtFlow Discord server. Join it with your waitlist invite, accept the server terms, and you can commission an artist straight away.
No. The client pays the artist directly by GCash or PayPal and uploads the receipt. The artist confirms it arrived. ArtFlow keeps the record of both.
The client has 24 hours after accepting the terms, with a reminder in the last 12. If no receipt is uploaded by then, the commission is cancelled and the artist's slot is freed. A receipt the artist has not confirmed is handled as a dispute, never cancelled automatically.
If the artist asks for a down payment, yes. You pay 10 to 50% before work starts and the rest after you have seen a preview of the finished piece. Each part has its own receipt on the record.
Once it is paid for, press Download original on the delivery. You get the exact file the artist uploaded, not a compressed copy. The link works for an hour; press the button again for a new one.
Every quote states how many days the work takes, counted from the down payment. If they pass, ArtFlow posts a notice in the ticket, and you can raise a /dispute for a moderator to rule on.
Every 18+ request is approved by a moderator. NSFW commissions need an 18+ client and an artist who has opted in.
